NORTHWOODS SCRAPBOOK : Sharing a love for cooking, gardening and paper crafting from my cozy home on a bay in the Northwoods.
Yea, Felix! My GSD figurine is snowless too, and I doubt he'll stay that way. I did bite my tongue and it did no good. LOL So glad you stopped in today. I hope we can keep this weather, although just wait: We're leaving for a week in Texas to visit our daughter and I bet it will be in the upper 70s while we're gone! Grrrr. (Oh, I should be happy for y'all if that happens, shouldn't I.) :-)) Have a wonderful evening. xo
Ha! Thanks Judy! We'll take 70's - when do you leave?? Lol! I keep worrying about the other side & afraid there's a looming blizzard around the corner. Prayers that just DOES NOT happen. My heart would break!Blessings xoxo
Hello Felix!! Yay for melting snow! xx
He says hello back & that it's so nice to really breath again! ;) xoxo
Felix is adorable!!! ;-) We had temperatures here in the 70's today I was so excited! :-) Even have some flowers starting to bloom, yeah! Enjoy the rest of your week.Blessings,Jill
Oh 70's sound dreamy Jill! Hope you're getting to soak up some rays among packing. ;) blessings Sweetie! Xo
Cute Felix. It seems the snow is leaving already. I am looking forward to seeing your Springtime.
Thanks Trish! I'm looking forward to seeing our Spring too. Lol I hope it's really showing up this early. Unfortunately my northwoods has been known to still have snow in April & sometimes even May! So I'm not getting my hopes up too much yet. ;) Blessings xoxo
What a great photo! I just noticed this morning the surprise purple flowers that come up all over our yard in the spring are out. Not much longer until it is officially spring!
Thanks Hon! Oh love hearing signs like that! Yay Spring! ;) Blessings Jean. Xoxo
Aw - Felix is cute! Nice to see the snow melting there. It won't be long now....xx K
Thanks Karen! It's looking good. Hoping it's here to stay. ;)
I LOVE Felix. He is like you're very own Punxsutawney Phil. I hope this is a TRUE sign of spring for you as I know you are longing for it. I do remember when we lived in the U.P. getting like this in March only to have April and May blizzards. I sure hope this is NOT one of those years for you.
Haha! I never thought of him that way - but that's perfect Tamy! Love it! lolOh yes, I continue to be paranoid that a blizzard is going to hit us at any moment. I know where I live & it's still possible. ::sigh:: But I'm going to dream that it's here to stay. ;) Blessings xoxo
