Happy Monday Friends!
How was your weekend? It felt like it went fast here and it was one of those nice lazy ones. It was chilly and I spent lots of time outside with Ruby. It felt good to get that cozy feeling of coming in and having a hot tea and then snuggling under a favorite soft blanket to read or watch a show. I reorganized a closet that needed it. Had painters finish here last week patching walls and painting...including a gross little closet that has needed love forever. So it felt so good to have that all accomplished! Did usual mass time Saturday and my Mom came over for dinner and we played cards. Had nice times with my girlie Annie too as she had been home for long weekend. She had days off late last week for conferences. She even did a slumber party sleepover in my bed one night like we used to do. 💕 Also, it was so nice to lounge Sunday and watch my Packers win again! Yay!! And then Aaron and his gf called us late in the day and said they wanted to do dinner together. So they came over and we ate dinner and played games. A wonderful kiddos filled weekend that makes my momma heart so full. ♥️
It's my Mom's birthday this week so we're going to be celebrating her! And I need to work on getting my deck furniture stored away before it gets REALLY freezing...or snows! I can't believe it's almost Halloween already too. Annie and I have fun plans to carve pumpkins yet and go to a musical at a local high school. She also has a dance this weekend and has friends coming over for Halloween.
ON THE BREAKFAST PLATE THIS MORNING:
mini bagel with a little bit of cinnamon brown sugar cream cheese and a little drizzle of maple pumpkin butter on top of that, coffee with almond joy creamer (Mmmmm)
ON MY TO DO LIST:
errands, home projects including deck furniture, baking for my Mom's bday and to share a post here, hair appointment, home business project I'm working on, getting things set for Halloween, hospice volunteering from home and at facility, flu shot for Annie & I, more Christmas shopping (I've gotten a lot done already and even ordered my turkey for thanksgiving too!), might be zooming with gf's again this week

TIPS OR SOMETHING TO SHARE:
FROM THE CAMERA:
I recently got this large pumpkin lantern with a timer. It's so pretty and I love having so many things pop on and glow every night. It's the little things...
The sky has been putting on such a beautiful show every night lately. And Ruby and I are here for it 😍
PRAYER LIST:
Praying for peace, unity and healing for our world and our earth. For a complete end to the virus. For those in health care, first responders and so many professions that work to keep us healthy and safe. For my former FIL with health related issues. For my sweet Mom and her bday this week. For a safe Halloween weekend for all.
**I have been praying the rosary, as October is rosary month and at my parish they were requesting folks pray a rosary every day through October. They requested for vocations so I have been praying for that and also for special intentions.
