Hello Friends :)
The weekend is almost here. Yay!
If I get a chance to post on Thursdays I often think of it as cooking Thursday from links of long ago. And the other day I happened to be doing some recipe research. In that research I found a few recipes on my blog that I don't think I ever officially added in my recipes tab at the top of this blog. I know that tab isn't in any kind of real order (maybe some day I'll take care of that 😁) but you can still scroll through and find a lot of my favorite recipes on there. I initially kept them under a tab for my own sake, so I would have them preserved somewhere. I never thought that others may want to look through one day and find recipes there. But if you do - please enjoy and I promise if I ever make a rhyme and reason of it I'll let you know! Haha
But for today I thought I'd share a few yummy recipes that you might like and a quick link to find them Plus, I'll add them to my recipe tab now.😉
The first one is this easy rosemary chicken and potatoes sheet pan meal from way back - 2015 actually. I hadn't taken a photo of it but I did post the recipe in this post here. It's a yummy one and easy because it's all on one foil lined pan for easy clean up. And it has lots of flavor!
Rosemary Roasted Chicken with Potatoes
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 boneless, skinless, chicken breasts, cut in half2 pounds redskin potatoes, cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes
Mix oil with seasonings in large bowl. Add chicken and potatoes and toss to coat.Arrange in single layer on foil lined 15x10x1 baking pan.Roast in preheated 425 degree oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender, turning potatoes occasionally.
EASY BROWNIES (for an 8x8 pan)

Ok. I'm in. Thank you for sharing. I am bookmarking these, my friend. Madison is here and is spoiling me with her cooking! Have a nice evening!
ReplyDeleteI found more than one keeper! The chicken sheet pan dinner sounds really good. We just planted some things in our raised bed including rosemary so I could make that with fresh rosemary. The BBQ pasta sounds like something Bob would love, so I'll be trying that too.
ReplyDeleteI agree on the Ghirardelli brownies. They are so good!
I wouldn't say I cooked anything fun , but we did try some pizza using the keto pita for the crust and then some peppers and onions snd a little pepperoni and ham. The brownies sure do sound good I haven't had them in awhile. The chicken sounds good too, just need to add some veggies instead of potatoes.
