Hang in there, My Sweet Friend. Spring is just around the corner. The robins are walking all over my back yard, cocking their heads to look for worms. The forsythia is waving its lemon yellow arms around. My violets are blooming and the tulips are up.

Oh how adorable, I love vintage cards. Hope they work and Spring is just around the corner with its lovely showers and flowers. Meantime, if I posted a few Autumn pics do you think our lost Autumn might come back to us??

DeleteSuch sweet vintage illustrations! I loved the last picture and I know exactly where it came from. I had the book as a child, "The Tall Book o of Makebelieve" with illustrations by Garth Williams. I actually looked on Amazon just now and see it is selling for $149 for the cheapest one and $1,800.00 for the best!! Used!! I know it's a coveted children's book because of Garth Williams' work. My sister got our book :(
