Long Winter, but Spring thoughts...
The reality staring me in the face outside my window today - no more green grass. ::sigh::
But I have beautiful blue hyacinths to bring me comfort of Spring thoughts and especially Spring smells!
And I have these sweet puppies to dream on! One of these little cuties is going to belong to my Mom in about a month. Yay for Spring dreams!!!

Oh my gosh! Your mom is getting a puppy? How cool is that?! Are they goldens?
ReplyDeleteI think your landscape looks lovely, but yes, I can understand why you would prefer to see grass.
I'm not sure if I ever told you, but I love the pic of your fur baby looking at the lake. Makes me wonder what he's thinking.
Yep, she's getting a miniature golden doodle - just like our Ruby. Same breeder, but the doggie parents are different....so it looks like my Mom's will be a little more apricot/red color.
DeleteI love that photo of Ruby lake gazing too. Lol I often joke that you can't tell Ruby she's a dog, because she thinks she's a human. She's just so deep...and I swear sometimes she looks at me with those eyes and just looks like she's about to burst into conversation with me. ;)

Cute puppies!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about more snow - this has to be the end, right?
Thanks Mari!
DeleteAnd please Lord yes - the snow must end!!
xoxo
Cute puppies! What breed? I didn't realize how wonderful hyacinths smell until i bought some for our daughter. They're wonderful!
ReplyDeleteThanks Judy! They're miniature golden doodles - like our Ruby, but a redder color. ;)
DeleteI know don't they smell just heavenly!?! xoxo

ReplyDeleteI know it is too late for all the snow, but it does look beautiful! The blue hyacinths are gorgeous, not something we often see here. Have a good week.
ReplyDeleteThanks Trish! It is pretty - just getting old. Lol
DeleteThe blue hyacinths were just what I needed to give me a boost.
Blessings to you my Friend. xoxo
Ugh ... so much snow. I think Spring arrived here overnight. After our snowstorm on Monday, and snow squalls yesterday, the temperature rose and most of the snow has melted! Let's hope that cold has been pushed back to the Arctic for another year. Your hyacinth are a gorgeous shade of blue. What a very sweet photo of the pups! Lots of fun times to look forward to :)

Oh I'm so happy to hear about your snow going away! I'm with you, let's put these systems away for the winter. NO MORE SNOW!! ;)
DeleteKeep thinking Spring. It's coming!! xoxo
Those puppies look so sweet. So sorry you are still looking at snow, really makes me appreciate that ours was just rain yesterday. We have some hyacinths that spring up randomly in the middle of our backyard. I always think I should move them...
ReplyDeleteThanks Jean. ;)
DeleteYes, I'll gladly take rain now. Just no more snow and cold temps!
I think you should replant them somewhere where you can get a good sniff at them regularly. Such a pretty scent! xoxo
Yay for spring and yay for puppies!!! I hope that your weather improves very soon! xx
ReplyDeleteAmen to that Amy! xoxo
